It's the first Friday of the month and we're having a Flow in the Dark yoga class. This is a 75 minute Powerflow Vinyasa class with a dance party experience. We're turning off the lights and pumping the music. Wear your glow in the dark garb, we supply the glow sticks! Singe class is $20, all class packages accepted.
