Healthy Eating for Life - Free Parent Workshop

United Way of Northern New Jersey Success By 6, along with Morristown Medical Center and ShopRite of Greater Morristown, is offering a free workshop for parents of preschoolers to learn “Healthy Eating for Life,” led by Registered Dietitian Jessica Guarnieri.

The program will cover:  how to prepare healthy, balanced meals that children will eat; tips to introduce new foods to kids; what to feed your family for optimum energy and growth; the importance of family meals, and how to help your children form healthy eating habits for life.  Samples of healthy foods parents can give their children will be provided.
