Ever wonder where electricity comes from? How it’s made? What happens when you plug your phone charger into the socket – what happens behind the scenes?

 

If you have ever asked yourself these questions, then you should come explore the wonders of Morristown: Electrified. Learn about renewable energy resources in this fun, hands on program for families and kids of all ages! Mike Scoblete, a chemistry teacher at Mendham High School, will guide us through demos and discussion that will light up your interest in energy.

Come to the Morristown and Morris Township Library at 7 p.m. on March 26th for stimulating activities and electrifying demonstrations that explain electricity and renewable energy. See you there! This event is put on by Sustainable Morristown, with support from the Friends of the Morristown and Morris Township Library.
