visitors insight into the history and development of Chiles.

display tens of different hot pepper sauces, but do you know where they come
from and what they are made out of? 
Oftentimes, these sauces are rate for their heat but do you know what
those numbers mean?

Learn about Chiles and
see over a dozen growing, from mild Banana Pepper to the hottest pepper in the
world – the Ghost pepper.  Use your cell
