Yoga 102 for the Not-Quite-Beginner Six-Week Series
For those students with a little experience or those
returning to yoga after some time away, this six-week series reviews the basic principles
of asana, pranayama and philosophy; goes into detail about proper alignment and
safety and helps you build endurance, strength and presence of mind necessary
to establish a regular yoga practice.
Dates: Mondays, September 16 - October 21, 2013
Time: 6:30 pm - 7:30 pm
Cost: $90 for 6-week series
