Jersey Club Sports Kicks Hunger to the Curb
Food drive to benefit InterFaith Food Pantry and Community Soup Kitchen and Outreach Center begins Nov. 4.
Jersey Club Sports and The Famished Frog are starting off the season of giving by hosting a food drive that kicks off on Nov. 4 and runs through Nov. 22.
All items received will be donated to the InterFaith Food Pantry and Community Soup Kitchen and Outreach Center.
"Please drop off your canned good at the Famished Frog," said Deb Nexon, founder of Jersey Club Sports. "Thank you for your support."
Items needed:
- Hearty cans of soup/chili/stew, preferably flip-top
- Low sugar cereal
- Individual packets of nuts or trail mix
- Canned chicken and tuna
- Toiletries such as shampoo, razors, deodorant, soap, toothbrushes, toothpaste
- White tube socks
- L and XL T-shirts
