Art of the Bicycle: Bike and Walk Morristown Benefit and Membership Drive

The Art of the Bicycle showcases local artists and gifts, along with supporting Bike and Walk Morristown.

On Thursday, December 6, Marty's Reliable Cycle will be hosting the Art of the Bicycle Show, with the opening running from 6-9 pm.  The artwork and gifts are all for sale, and alongside the fantastic art, Bike and Walk Morristown will be launching our first ever membership drive.

Memberships offered at the show will expire in April 2014, and will go a long way in supporting Bike and Walk Morristown in being an advocate for safe and fun biking and walking in town, along with helping us with our annual events like Bike-In Movie night, Bike-o-Rama week, Music/Picnic/Art on the lawn at Vail Mansion.

We hope to expand our rides to involve weekly social rides in 2013, as well as add more walks exploring Morristown.  Founding Members will get a $10 discount when they sign up for a Traffic Skills 101 class, as well as some pretty great swag from local businesses who love biking and walking. We are also looking forward to adding classes to our Bike Safety program, tackling the Morristown Pedestrian Project and adding more bike racks in town.
