Really Mr Cavanaugh????

Please read the attached article specifically take note Mr. Cavanaugh's comment that he has been approached by a methadone clinic to occupy the Cups space.  Really??? Will he stop at nothing to get what he wants?  I would like to know where he lives as I would like to urinate, defecate, regurgitate and violate his neighborhood as his customers do to our neighborhood.
