What Should Occupy Finishing Touch's Old Space?

Granted, they're still there, but they are moving across the street pretty soon.

It's a good problem to have.

The Finishing Touch, an installer of auto entertainment equipment, has outgrown its space next to 7-Eleven in the Midtown Shopping Center. So, work is underway to convert a space across the street once occupied by a dry cleaners into their new home.

So, the question must be asked: What's going to fill their old space?

Maybe we're jumping the gun a little, since they still are in the old location. But, like we said, it's a good problem to have.

What do you think should "Occupy This Space?" Chime in below.

The landlord wants too much rent for this space. There is larger space and cheaper rent on Spring Street for a laundromat.
