24 Arrests Made in Attempted Murder, Gang Probe

Prosecutors from Morris, Essex, Union and Warren counties led seven-month investigation.

A multi-agency, joint investigation has led to 24 arrests for attempted murder, gang activity, weapons charges and running a drug operation, the Morris County Prosecutor's Office said Saturday morning.

More information into the arrests and the seven-month investigation led by the prosecutor's offices from Morris, Warren, Essex and Union counties will be released at a news conference Saturday at 3 p.m.

UPDATE: Morris County Prosecutor Robert A. Bianchi called the bust "the largest in Morris County history."
