Morristown man faces several charges following Garden Street incident.

A 48-year-old Morristown man in possession of heroin urinated in public and resisted arrest during a Garden Street incident earlier this month, police said.

According to reports filed by Officer Scott Weaver and Officer Anthony O’Brien, Lee Bradford Jr. ran from police when they tried to arrest him for public urination on Sept 10.

After subduing Bradford, officers found 100 glassine folds of suspected heroin during processing, the report said.

Bradford was charged with resisting arrest, urinating in public, possession of a controlled dangerous substance, manufacturing, distributing or dispensing a controlled dangerous substance and distributing a controlled dangerous substance within 500 feet of a public park, the report said.
