When Suarez saw the witness, he ran from the apartment, according to testimony from the witness described in the affidavit.

The Morris County Prosecutor's Office interviewed the girl on June 14, and she said Suarez had followed her into the closet several times over the previous couple weeks, and touched her breasts, according to the affidavit. The child also told the prosecutor's office that Suarez had touched her vagina on the last occasion, and that Suarez had said he would "call the police on her mother" if she told anyone what was happening, according to the affidavit

Suarez admitted to the prosecutor's office that he had touched the 10-year-old's vagina and that she had touched "his erect penis," but he denied touching her breasts, according to the affidavit.

Bail was set for Suarez at $150,000 without a 10 percent option.
