DailyRecord.com: DPW Employee Must Give Up Job for Heroin Use

A Morristown Department of Public Works employee has been told he must quit his job due to tampering of evidence–swallowing heroin he had purchased in Morris Township, according to a DailyRecord.com article.

Jerome Kennedy, who was not working at the time of the crime, but the appeals court, which ruled today, said the crime involved "the obstruction of a police investigation or criminal proceeding," according to the article.
