DailyRecord.com: Indictment Accuses Teen of Starting Fire After Being Barred From Party

A 19-year-old illegal immigrant From Honduras was indicted Tuesday on charges he set fire to a Morristown house in May after not being allowed into a party there, according to a report on DailyRecord.com.

The indictment charges Fernando Inestroza with two counts of aggravated arson stemming from the May 16 fire, according to the report. One count alleges that Inestroza had purposely or knowingly put others in danger of death or injury by starting a fire at 50 Sussex Ave., next to his own residence of 52 Sussex Ave. The second count accuses him of torching the building with the purpose of destroying it.
