Dealer Had Crack in Gum Wrapper, Police Say

Morristown women face drug charges following transaction last week, police said.

Two Morristown women were arrested on Spring Street and Flagler Street on drug charges last week, Morristown Police said.

Joanne Bonnani-Wind, 48, and Jennifer Jones-Fletcher, 42, were picked up by Morristown Police on Nov. 6 after officers witnesses a hand-to-hand transaction between the two, according to a report by Officer Scott Weaver.

Weaver's report said the women had two druggist folds of heroin and one gum wrapper containing crack cocaine.

Bonnani-Wind was arrested on Spring Street and charged with two counts of possession and Jones-Fletcher was arrested on Flagler Street and charged with two counts of possession, two counts of distribution, distribution within 500 feet of public housing and distribution of controlled dangerous substances in a school zone, the report said.
