Man Arrested After Being Ejected From Iron Bar, Cops Say
Budd Lake resident charged with disorderly conduct, Morristown Police said.
A 50-year-old Budd Lake man was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct after an incident that got him tossed from the Iron Bar on Dec. 7, Morristown Police said.
According to his report, Officer James Green arrived outside Iron Bar to pick up Francis Cacnio, who had been placed under arrest for disorderly conduct after being ejected from the bar by Sheriff’s Officer Frank Benevento.
During processing at Morristown Police Headquarters, Cacnio “fell in and out of consciousness, began vomiting and advised he was suicidal,” the report said.

According to Green’s report, Cacnio was taken to Morristown Medical Center for treatment where he was served a summons for disorderly conduct and released to the custody of the hospital.
