Morristown Man Accused of Fondling Girl Over 5-Year Period
Judge sets bail at $200,000 for man charged with sexually assaulting minor.
Morris County Prosecutors have charged a Morristown man with sexually assaulting a girl during a five-year period.
William Chavarria, 28, is accused of fondling a girl while she was in his care and had her fondle intimate parts of his body when she was between the ages of eight and 12, according to dailyrecord.com.
The alleged crimes occurred from May 2009 to as recently as this past Tuesday, the report said. That was the same day Chavarria was arrested.

Chavarria is currently being held on $200,000 bail. If he makes bail and is released from jail, he will be prohibited from having any contact with children under the age of 16, the report said.
