Judge keeps bail at $150,000 two days after incident occurred, report says.

According to nj.com, Olman Martinez, 28, touched the girl who then told her father. Following his arrest, Martinez allegedly “made admissions” to the crime and wrote a letter of apology, the report said.

Another one. The problem with these guys is cultural. Mexico is the rape capital of the world and its southern neighbors suffer the same issues.

This is not a cultural problem, it is a criminal problem and it is a direct result of allowing people to come into the country undocumented and live in Morristown without knowing who they really are and what kind of criminal history they bring with them from their country of origin. Many of the illegals come to the US to avoid prosecution for these types of sexual attacks in their own country.

It is also a cultural problem. Mexico, for example, has the highest per capita rape stats of any country in the world, which has been attributed to a machismo culture, cultural perception of women as property, and a shocking cultural norm in many provinces of an age of consent of 12. Rape also considered, in Mexico, to be seriously under-reported.
