Morristown Man Accused of Sexually Assaulting Girl, 7

Judge keeps bail at $150,000 two days after incident occurred, report says.

A Morristown man has been charged with sexual assault and child endangerment after he allegedly touched an “intimate part” of a seven-year-old girl Sunday night.

According to nj.com, Olman Martinez, 28, touched the girl who then told her father. Following his arrest, Martinez allegedly “made admissions” to the crime and wrote a letter of apology, the report said.

Martinez is currently in the United States illegally and is native to Honduras, the report said, and being held on $150,000 bail. Judge Mary Gibbons Whipple ordered Martinez to have no contact with anyone under 18 if he does post bail, the report said.
