Morristown Warrant Leads to Madison Resident Arrest

An outstanding warrant in Morristown lead to the arrest of a 70-year-old Madison resident on Jan. 24.

Officer Paul Papamarkos arrested James O’Donnell shortly after 4 a.m., on a $500 arrest warrant issued by Morristown Municipal Court for failure to appear on criminal trespassing charges. Papamarkos responded to a noise complaint on Alexander Avenue involving O'Donnell, and a computer check on his name alerted the officer that he was wanted, according to police reports. O'Donnell was taken to headquarters for processing and released to Morristown authorities pending a mandatory court appearance, according to reports.
