Morristown Woman Facing Heroin Charges in North Carolina

Delia Webber-King is being held by North Carolina authorities on $500,000 bail.

A Morristown woman was arrested on heroin trafficking charges in Raleigh, N.C., last Thursday, according to a report on NJ.com.

Delia Maria Webber-King, 46, reportedly took an Amtrak Silver Star train from New York Penn Station to Raleigh and was met at the North Carolina rail station by police when she arrived.

The woman was charged with one count of transporting more than 28 grams—about one ounce—of heroin and with one count of heroin possession.

Police did not reveal how much heroin the woman had.

Webber-King is being held in lieu of $500,000 bail.

She is set for a March 26 court appearance, according to the Wake County Sheriff's Office.
