NJ.com: Morristown Man Pleads Guilty in Dover Heroin Bust

Dwayne Hicks scheduled to be sentenced Aug. 17.

A Morristown man pleaded guilty last week to a count of possession of heroin with intent to distribute after being accused of supplying the drug to a federally subsidized home in Dover, according to a NJ.com article.

Dwayne Hicks, 44, had four other charges dismissed under a plea agreement with the Morris County Prosecutor's Office, but is still facing a possible four-year prison sentence, according to the article.
