An apparently mentally disturbed Morristown man was charged with public lewdness in New York City after flashing various women outside the H&M clothing store, according to an article on NYPost.com.

Thomas Buckley, 61, was not wearing any pants at the time of arrest, and was taken to Bellevue Hospital, according to the article.
