Police: 'Dangerous Situation' at Morris & Elm Street

Avoid Morris Street and expect traffic delays in the area of Morris and Elm streets. 

Morristown Police said that "manhole covers are experiencing problems" and residents are being alerted to "a dangerous situation." 

Also, as part of another incident, at 1:45 p.m., police sent out an alert saying that Washington Street between Atno Avenue and Mills Street will be closed from 1:30 - 3 p.m. Wednesday.
