Morristown police arrested a man who was outside screaming profanities and threatening people earlier this month, according to a police incident report.
Anthony Grillo, 51, of Market Street, was charged with disorderly conduct at 1:29 a.m. on Oct. 5, after a patrolman was flagged down by patrons outside the bar and restaurant, according to the report.
Grillo was told to be quiet and leave the area, but continued to scream and rant, police said in the reports. He appeared to be "in an altered state," according to the report, and he was arrested and brought to Morristown Police headquarters.
After being processed for disorderly conduct, Grillo was transported to Morristown Medical Center for a mental health evaluation, according to the police report.
