Several Charged With DWIs Over Weekend

The following arrest information was supplied by the Morristown Police Department. It does not indicate a conviction.

Morristown police charged the following people with driving while intoxicated and related offenses last weekend:

  • Police arrested and charged Logan Tennant, 21, with driving while intoxicated, careless driving and driving the wrong way on a one-way street at 1:58 a.m. on Sept. 23, police said in a report. Officer Adam Khoudja was instructing a large crowd to get back on the DeHart Street sidewalk when Tennant, in a beige Toyota, tried to drive through the crowd going the wrong way on the one-way street, according to the report.
  • Police arrested and charged Megan Davidson, 27, with driving while intoxicated at 2:21 a.m. on Sept. 24. Officer Anthony O'Brien made the stop after observing Davidson driving at a high rate of speed down South Steet, police said in a report.
  • Police arrested and charged Joseph Lopez, 24, with driving while intoxicated at 2:22 a.m. on Sept. 25. Officer Joseph Heuneman made the stop after first seeing Lopez's vehicle on South Street as it attempted to pass a mini-van, police said in a report. The vehicle then switched lanes as it drove around the Green and onto Speedwell Avenue, picking up speed before police conducted the stop at the intersection of Speedwell Avenue and Sussex Avenue, according to the report.
  • Police arrested and charged Kelli Reeves, 26, with driving while intoxicated and driving the wrong way on a one-way street at 2:30 a.m. on Sept. 25. Officer Anthony O'Brien was stopped at the intersection of South Street and South Park Place when he saw Reeves' vehicle drive from Bank Street—a one-way street—around the Green in the wrong direction, police said in a report.
