29 Town Homes, Condo Units Coming to Ridgedale Avenue

Ridgedale Commons will be developed near JCP&L substation, report says.

By a 5-2 vote, the Morristown Zoning Board of Adjustment gave approval to a developer to create 29 condominium homes that will occupy a vacant piece of land on Ridgedale Avenue.

According to newjerseyhills.com, the development will be a mix of town homes and condos and only available for sale, not rent.

North Bergen Development LLC is supporting the project, and will create, at its highest, four-story buildings with brick facades, the report said. The name of the development is Ridgedale Commons.

The number of units comes as a compromise, the report said, as the developer sought to create 33 homes while the town asked for 24.
