County Seeking Bilingual Poll Workers

Spanish-English speaking, writing volunteers needed for Nov. 8 elections.

The Morris County Board of Election officials is looking for Spanish-English speaking individuals to work at the polls during the New Jersey general election, which is on Tuesday, Nov. 8.

Tony Desimone of the Morris County Board of Elections said the need for bilingual Spanish-English speaking poll workers is the greatest in Dover. Morristown, also, has a large Spanish-speaking population.

Volunteers must be Morris County residents who are registered voters. The Board of Elections is seeking poll workers who also are able to read and write English and Spanish.
