Flood Watch in Effect

The National Weather Service's latest warnings, issued shortly after 3 p.m. on Thursday, called for potential flash flooding in Morris County, with a flood watch in effect until Friday evening.

A severe thunderstorm warning is in effect until 11 p.m.
