New Apartment Proposal on Zoning Agenda

A new apartment building is part of the next Zoning Board of Adjustment agenda, scheduled for 7:30 p.m. on Wednesday, July 11.
Among the slate of items to be discussed by the board is an appeal from "Morristown Gateway LLC," which is requesting use variances, dimensional variances and major site planning to construct a 23-unit apartment building on the corner of Ridgedale and Lafayette avenues.
