In the Morris County Democratic Committee Headquarters, on Washington Street, it was a mixture of the thrill of victory, and the agony of defeat .
As results continued to come in for county races, it was announced that Ward 3 Democratic candidate Stefan Armington had won a seat on Town Council.
Meanwhile, Denis Ciklic, the Democratic Fourth Ward candidate, lost his bid for a seat to incumbent Republican Councilwoman Alison Deeb.
