It's Tuesday in Morristown, which means it's time for the Town Council's regular bi-weekly council meeting, set for 7:30 p.m. at . Here are just a few items on the agenda (which is included in this post) to keep on your radar:

  5. Keeping an Eye on Redevelopment? Then, this resolution might interest you: "As set forth and agreed upon in the Amended and Restated Redevelopment Agreement dated January 12, 2012, the Redeveloper of the Speedwell Avenue Redevelopment Area is making application for a Long Term Tax Exemption (30 Years) for the Phase 1 Project.  The Redeveloper will be obligated to pay a Minimum Annual Service Charge of 10.1% of the Annual Gross Revenues generated by the Phase 1 project."
