The Replacements Win Extremely Close No Idea Sports Flag Football Championship
The Replacements stopped their opponents from a last-ditch effort to tie up the championship game to take home the No Idea Sports flag football title
Even though they both started the season at the bottom of the leaderboard, The Replacements and Team 07960 wound up in the championship game of No Idea Sports' flag football season.
Losing the first 2 of 3 games of the season, The Replacements went on to win the next 4 games to go into the playoffs at 5-2. The team who they would meet in the championship, Team 07960, also started off the season 0-1, but managed to sandwich 4 wins between a 2-game losing streak to end the regular season. One of those mid-season wins came when they played The Replacements, beating them 48-20.
The championship would come down to the last play of the game, where Team 07960 would tie the game if they converted the extra 2 points, but they were unsuccessful. The Replacements win the championship, 36-34.
