The Situation Claims 8th No Idea Dodgeball Title

In the past 9 seasons of No Idea Sports' Wednesday night dodgeball league, The Situation has been the one team which has proved to be a roadblock to the other teams trying to win a championship, winning the championship an amazing 8 of 9 times.

But the competition proved to be a little bit tougher in this 10th season. We Aim for the Fat One started off their season defeating The Situation, 12-6, and finished the regular season undefeated. Wednesday night's final was a rematch of the season's first game with We Aim for the Fat One in first place and The Situation sitting closely behind in second.

The Situation opened the game with a win, but We Aim for the Fat One rolled off 2 straight wins to take the lead, 2-1. The Situation answered back, winning 3 of the next 4 games. Down 4-3, We Aim for the Fat One won 4 of the next 5 games, taking a 7-5 lead. Would We Aim for the Fat One become one of 2 teams to say they took down The Sitation in the championship game?

The Situation was down, but not out, as they won the next 4 games, taking the lead for only the third time in the game, 9-7. We Aim for the Fat One answered, winning the next game. Down 9-8, We Aim for the Fat One needed to win one last game to send the game into sudden death overtime, and they did just that.

With the score tied 9-9, the championship went into overtime and came down to one player on each side. The last player from The Situation pegged the last woman standing for We Aim for the Fat One, and with that hit The Situation claimed their 8th title and claimed possession of the coveted championship belt.
