We're Not Playing Dominates in No Idea Volleyball Championship
Contrary to their name, We're Not Playing came to play in the No Idea Sports volleyball championship game.
The championship game would prove to be the tiebreaker between We're Not Playing and Suckatash, a team who had just played a game before to make it to the finals, as they split their regular season series, 1-1.
In the first game, the teams went back and forth for the first 5 points, with We're Not Playing leading 4-2. Scoring 4 straight, they would go up 8-2. Suckatash got right back into the game, winning 5 of the next 7 points to cut We're Not Playing's lead to 3, 10-7. Suckatash would only score 2 more points the entire game, as We're Not Playing went on a tear for the remainder of the game, score 12 straight points to take game 1, 25-9.

In game 2, We're Not Playing jumped out to a quick 4-0 lead, but Suckatash slowly battle back, eventually getting within 2 points when the score was 9-7 in favor of We're Not Playing. The teams would then go on short rallies, winning 3 or 4 points at a time, with their opponent answering in the same way. With the score 19-14, We're Not Playing, Suckatash scored 4 straight to get the closest they had been all game, 19-18. They would trail by 1 again a few minutes later, the score 21-20, but that was the closest they would get. We're Not Playing scored 4 straight to take the game and lock up the championship, 25-20.
After a brief delay of game when a We're Not Playing player chipped her tooth while diving on the floor in a true show of intensity and desire, Suckatash got the "W" in game 3, winning 21-19.
