Educational Legal Clinic
The Morris County Organization for Hispanic Affairs (MCOHA) in conjunction with the Morris County Bar Association and Foundation (MCBA/F), will be presenting an Educational Legal Clinic, which will take place on Saturday, June 16, 2012, from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the Father Connolly Parish Center, 27 North Essex St., in Dover, NJ.
The format of the Educational Clinic will consist of brief presentation topics by attorneys who specialize in the following areas of the law. Topics to be discussed will be: Immigration Law, (Presenter, Susan Scheer, Esq.,) Municipal Court/Criminal Law, ( Presenter John Velez, Esq.,) Bankruptcy, Tax and Business Law, (Presenter, Cindy Alvarado, Esq.,) Landlord/Tenant , (Presenter, Walter A. Risi, Esq) and Family Law, (Presenter, Mark Wecshler, Esq.). After the brief presentations, an additional 10 attorneys will be available to meet with individuals on a one-to-one basis to respond to questions and/or offer additional information.
There is no fee for the Educational Legal Clinic, and it is open to everyone in the Morris and surrounding counties who seek information about legal matters in these areas.

The Bar foundation is the charitable and educational arm of the MCBA, which is the professional organization of Attorneys in Morris County. They are dedicated to providing outreach and educational programs for the community.
