The Morris School District will offer a parent overview of the newly-enacted Harassment, Intimidation and Bullying law at 6:30 PM at Frelinghuysen Middle School on Wednesday, November 30. There will be ample opportunity for questions and discussion. The program will be followed at 7:30 by a presentation of "Rachel's Challenge," the story of the first victim of the tragedy at Columbine High School and how her legacy can empower others to make a positive difference in the world. The event is free and open to the public.
