The Joy of Mindful Eating

This four-week workshop, part of our Healthy Lifestyles program, will revolutionze your relationship with food. You will learn tools and techniques for coping with cravings and managing hunger as well as how to cultivate mindfulness and true enjoyment of food and eating. The two-hour sessions meet in the Integrative Medicine Dept., Gagnon Cardiovascular Institute.
