Snow Event Forces Cancellation of After School Activities

Cancellations include anti-bully event to be held at Morristown High School.

Tuesday's winter weather event may not have been strong enough to knock out school (or power, bite our tongues), but apparently it has proven enough to knock out all afternoon activities.

The Morris School District made the announcement by midday to cancel all after-school activities in light of the storm, which is predicted to cause more trouble by evening.

Unfortunately for anyone planning on attending the anti-bullying seminar Tuesday night at Morristown High School, that has been cancelled as well. The event has been rescheduled for Dec. 12 at 7 p.m.
