Snowstorm Closes Morris School District Wednesday

No school for the second time in three days this week.

All local school are closed Wednesday as a result of a second snowstorm in three days to the area.

The district made its decision Wednesday morning as a storm, with forecasts of up to 10 inches of snow, began blanketing the area.

The district was closed Monday and had a two-hour delayed opening Tuesday because of the first storm of the month, which brought anywhere between six and 10 inches of snow to the county.

Wednesday's storm forced New Jersey Governor Chris Christie to call for a state of emergency Tuesday night.
