Sebastian's Steakhouse has closed its door after many years of serving prime cuts of meat. It is not clear why they came to this decision, but their website thanks their customers for their patronage. Rumor has it that Roots Steakhouse took away their customers. I think it was location, location, location. Sebastian's is off the beaten path and Roots is in the heart of Morristown.
