The Taco Truck Owners Promise Improvements

Morristown business owners promise shorter wait times, easier access and service with a smile.

Editor's note: A previous version of this post mentioned online ordering. According to TTT management, they are waiting for a third party vendor to complete set up and "make an update to the software and so that feature is not currently available."

To Our Morristown Guests,

As a native of the area, I was excited to open The Taco Truck’s (TTT) Flagship store in the community where I grew up, and Chris and I are thrilled to be here. We opened TTT just four months ago in Morristown.  Though we prepared as much as possible, we still encountered a few issues that we had not anticipated and have been working hard to demonstrate that we are committed to our guests and this community.

Since we opened, we’ve been listening to your feedback and reading reviews about your experience at TTT Morristown.  We heard from a few that you waited a long time to receive your orders.  We know that when you walk into TTT you expect great quality food prepared quickly, so we’ve streamlined our menu to improve both the service time and quality.

We heard that some of you didn’t receive service with a smile, and that doesn’t cut it for us. At TTT we strive to make every taco experience a great one. We have some really great, strong team members and we're extremely appreciative of their hard work. While staffing for this location has been a bit of a struggle, we are dedicated to give our employees the tools they need to succeed, like bringing in our Hoboken all-stars to help train the crew in Morristown.

We’re appreciative of your comments and are dedicated to being the best restaurant we can be - serving delicious authentic Mexican street food and making TTT the highlight of our guests day. For any of you that have had a less than favorable experience with TTT, email us at info@thetacotruck.com and we will send you a voucher for a free order of tacos.  We’re confident that our hard work will pay off and you’ll notice a positive difference. Thank you for your continued patronage and support as we have been working through these growing pains.
