Free Yoga at the Urban Farm at Lafayette

oin Jeannette Howard, RYT, owner of In Balance Yoga, at the Urban Farm at Lafayette for our free Thursday morning yoga classes.  Come an experience the joys of creating your own yoga practice in the peaceful surroundings of the Urban Farm.  Jeannette welcomes practitioners of all levels; people new to yoga are especially encouraged to take advantage of this wonderful opportunity.  Please dress comfortably, bring water and your own yoga matt.
