She's part of the Red Oaks School Lightning Bolts Jump Rope Team

Several kids from Morristown and Morris Township are heading to Detroit next month for the AAU Junior Olympic Games.

The Red Oaks School Lightning Bolts Jump Rope Team made it past the AAU (Amateur Athletic Union) Qualifying Tournament and District Championship in Endicott City, Maryland on May 11.

They participated in Speed, Power, Freestyle, Pairs, Relay, and Double Dutch events by age group, and performed a Junior Team Show. This AAU competition only awards the top eight competitors in each event. The ROS jumpers placed high in all areas (taking 1st, 2nd, and 3rd in most).
