Holy Week Services at The Presbyterian Church in Morristown

On Maundy Thursday, March 28, at 8 pm, the Morristown Bethel AME Church joins the Presbyterian Church in Morristown at our Sanctuary on 57 Park Place, for a combined Tenebrae Service commemorating the Last Supper of our Lord.  Choirs from both churches will provide special anthems.  Please join us for Communion.

For Good Friday, March 29, at 12 noon in the Sanctuary of The Presbyterian Church in Morristown, the PCM Chancel Choir, directed by Matt Webb, will offer a service of worship presenting the Requiem by Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart.  Our choir and soloists will join forces with instrumentalists from our congregation and the New Jersey Symphony Orchestra to present this musical offering as we remember the death of Jesus and look forward with hope toward the Resurrection.

Easter Sunday, March 31, join us at 9:15 am or 11 am in celebration of the Resurrection of Jesus with a banner procession and all choral ensembles, the Ringers-on-the-Green, percussionists Paul Oster and Steve Hess, and a brass quintet from the New Jersey Symphony.
