Good Knights: Morristown KOC Council Donates $3,500

Morris County ARC and the Department for Persons with Disabilities recipients of checks.

The Morristown Knights of Columbus Council 359 was happy to present a contribution to Morris County ARC in the amount of $2,500.  Additionally a check in the amount of $1,000 was given to the Department for Persons with Disabilities. The Morristown Knights of Columbus is a charitable organization which gives approximately $45,000 a year to those in need.  

Council 359, also known as the George Washington Council of the Knights of Columbus was founded on July 7, 1898. Of the 14,000+ councils of the Knights of Columbus, they are the only council named after a non-Catholic (George Washington, an Episcopalian).
