The event begins at 7:00 p.m. at the Morris Museum located at 6 Normandy Heights
Road, Morristown and features an evening of art, guest speakers and dinner all
to help support the only organization in New Jersey advocating for the
protection of black bears.
“The event will feature over fifty original works from talented artists and a selection of unique items some exclusively made for this event, along with prizes and giveaways,” said Dee DeSantis of BEAR.

DeSantis said that those who could not attend but want to help out can sponsor the event.
“Sponsorships begin at $20,” DeSantis
said. “Sponsors will be listed in the event program and will receive a year's
membership to Animal Protection League's BEAR Program.“
According to DeSantis, the group is also looking for volunteers to help out with the event from 4 p.m. until 11p.m. Tasks include set up, help during the event, break down and clean up.
