Martin Hoeffner continues the business that his parents started in 1945 with Hoeffner's Meats. Martin prepares smoked hams, bacon and salami, and specializes in sausages. All of the meat sold at Hoeffner's is of prime quality. It is one of the last traditional butchers in the area, and as a testament to its popularity, it is still operating out of the same building it originated in, 65 years ago.

We have been doing business with Steve for years now. If you're looking for that great steak or chop for a special occasion, this is the place to go. The smoked pork chops are the best. Not sure what cut to get, just ask and I guarantee you will be steer'ed in the right direction
