The Administrator, appointed by the Board of Chosen Freeholders, oversees the day-to-day operations of the six county departments and their numerous divisions and projects, and acts as the Freeholders' representative in various capacities. The Administrator also supervises the Division of Labor Relations, which negotiates contracts with county employees' labor unions, and the Personnel Division.
