My Fiance and I eat there regularly. What the article does not talk about is how all his vegetables are locally grown in his own garden. No pesticides used. He gets his fish daily, There isn't a more local and fresh restaurant in Morristown. You can't beat the price either

I haven't been there since I was a kid, but when I asked my Taiwanese friend which Chinese restaurant serves real Chinese food (not the fried stuff) he named Lin's.

I find Mr. LIn's to be a very good restaurant. Occasionally I have had their luncheon specials, an excellent value, but I will use this space to talk about their regular menu. There are several sub-menus within their total menu. One it for their special Taiwanese dishes, another for standard Chinese, a third for Japanese. My wife only wants Chicken in Garlic Sauce and we have tried that dish delivered from many different Chinese restaurants. Mr. Lin's chicken in garlic sauce (priced at $7.95) is the winner, which gets them our Chinese takeout orders. I have had the Taiwanese menu pork red distiller garlic sauce, twice sauteed pork with hot sauce and shredded pork in garlic sauce. All of these are very good and cost $7.95/$7.50/$7.95 for a quart. I recommend Mr. Lin's as a place to either eat at or order takeout from.
