Never had a bad meal as described in the other reviews. I love the Big Easy burrito and the quesadillas. The chips are also addictive.

I'm baffled by the reviewers who criticize the quality of Tito's ingredients, because the fresh, relatively healthy ingredients make Tito's much better than the average fast-food joint. This isn't authentic Mexican by a long shot - much more Californian, really - but the quality is good, the flavors are good, and the atmosphere is fun.
Don't waste your time eating at Tito's.I really has high hopes for this place, being that I recently moved back to Morristown and was delighted to find a fun-looking taco and burrito joint. The unfortunate part about Tito's is one very BASIC ingredient - the meat. When I think of taco meat I think of saucy, spice-filled taco seasoned meat. Tito's meat reminds me of ground beef left out on the counter overnight! There is no taste at all! If you're still willing to give it one try, I suggest you order the basic taco. It's cheap, filled with the dry tasteless meat. I used so much salsa just to try to finish HALF of a taco that when left with the other half I wouldn't even bring it home to my dog. Tito's.... we want to like you, but your grade D beef filler is gross! Change it and I might give you one more try. MAYBE.
I want to like this place. I really, really do, but even though I live around the block, I drive 15-20 min. to the Chipotle in East Hanover over Tito's. I tried once - tasteless, meat undercooked, rice was a weird shade of yellow, tortilla was burnt/stale. I tried again, same deal. Again, and again... I tried the Heart-Healthy, I tried one with steak, I tried one with chicken. Actually, every couple of months I pop in hoping that maybe, just maybe I happen to have gotten a weird batch of food or something the last time I was there. Every single time I am back, my last trip comes to mind. Great location, hell, great chips and salsa...the salsa bar in the back is varied and delicious, but the burritos are the absolute worst.
I really hope this place turns it around, as I'd love to be able to walk down and pick up a burrito (and support a local business...), but yikes, seriously, not even "just okay..."
I may need to try something a little less "healthy." I opted for the "Heartfelt Tilapia" burrito, which was pretty good. The fish had flavor and body, but the whole thing quickly fell apart.

After reading some of the lousy reviews I'm not so bothered about my inability to place an order with the gum -chewing, texting counter person. In this case, lousy service was a big favor -- thanks, Gum Girl!
